1 lb. Sausage
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. Chopped green chiles, drained
2 c. Skim milk
3/4 t. Dry mustard
1/2 t. Salt
1. Brown sausage and drain fat.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.
3. Layer in a greased 9x13 pan: Sausage, cheddar cheese, chiles, egg mixture.
4. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes and serve hot.
